Cooking with the seasons with Mike Van de Elzen: An evenings demonstration and supper

This new class is for all those wishing to truly get a taste for cooking seasonally. These classes will run in seasonal quarters (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter) drawing on the fresh produce available. We invite you to sit back and relax as you are taken on a culinary journey with Mike.
Day’s times: 6pm start until approximately 9pm
Arrival from: 5.50pm
Please note we do require a minimum of 12 guests to proceed.
We encourage you to arrive by (arrival anytime from 5.50pm) 6pm where you will be offered a complimentary local wine or craft beer before being seated for Mike’s cooking workshop. Mike will be demonstrating cooking techniques relevant to the produce in season and gathered, that day, from the gardens.
With a few tasters provided throughout, this evening culminates in a beautiful main meal to finish.
Dinner will finish approximately around 8.45pm to allow you to relax and look through the market shelves filled with our produce.
Including “Good from Scratch” pickles, jams, relishes, salts, cookbooks, and small goods produced here on the farm.
