Join us for our " Morning Bread Class " here at the school. Hosted by The Muriwai Deli's own Cam and Boyd. This will be a 9am - 1pm masterclass in all things bread. From Focaccia to Rewana to Sourdough, master your bread-making skills with a fun, hands-on class.

This is a half-day class
Starting as a passion project from their own kitchen during the lockdown, Cam and Boyd now run a thriving bakery alongside their Food truck out here in Muriwai. With an emphasis on baking bread from home, you'll leave equipped with the skills (and your very own sourdough starter) to ensure that you too can bake up a storm from home.
With Tea and coffee upon arrival, you'll then take your place around the table outside, where Cam and Boyd will introduce themselves, what they do and what you'll be up to during your morning with us. You'll then be hands-on making and proving the doughs both individually and as a group.
Towards the end of your day with us, we'll take a break to sit together and eat. With focaccias to share alongside freshly made dips, this is your chance to ask questions. You'll be walked through the sourdough shaping process before heading back to the kitchen to finish making and crafting your loaves.
By the end of the day, you will be leaving with your very own Rewana loaf, a sourdough to bake the next day and a sourdough starter to ensure you can keep on baking.
